The Soul Tether Mechanic

Two bodies share a single soul, and that soul does not stay put. Every five seconds it overloads and travels along the tether from one body to the other. If the soul shot hits either body during transfer, the run ends. This forces you to treat each five-second window as a countdown: one body moves while the other must be positioned so the tether line stays clear. The tether itself becomes a hazard, not just a link.

Controlling Two Bodies

Only one body responds to input at a time. When the soul switches, control jumps to the other body. You steer with keyboard or mouse, but the real skill is anticipating the switch before it happens. Obstacles in the dungeon double as shields; placing a wall between the soul's path and a body prevents a fatal hit. Each level asks you to read the layout, pick a safe spot for the passive body, then move the active one toward the exit.

Dungeon Puzzle Design

Levels are built around the tether's fixed rhythm. Early rooms teach the basic switch, while later layouts demand chained movements across multiple five-second cycles. Because the soul always travels in a straight line between the bodies, the geometry of each room matters: corridors, pillars, and ledges determine where you can safely wait. Progress comes from planning a sequence, not from reflexes alone.

Desktop Play and Focus

The game runs in a browser with no download and supports full-screen mode, which helps when you need to track both bodies and the tether at once. Keyboard and mouse are the intended inputs. A smaller window can hide the tether line, so full-screen is the practical choice for later, busier rooms.
